The Breastfeeding and Pumping Education Course is a Series of 3 - 2 Hour Classes. $180 / per couple. This is in- person learning. Some of the topics included in class; anatomy of the breast, different types of breastmilk, hand expression, harvesting colostrum, alternative feeding methods, engorgement and sore nipples, latching techniques, breastfeeding positions, how to achieve a deep latch, your newborn and the first 72 hours, when to switch sides while feeding, how much milk does baby need, how to know if baby is getting enough breastmilk, when to start pumping, different types of breast pumps, bottles and your breastfed baby, clogged ducts, mastitis, oral ties, troubleshooting problems, and so much more...
